This is Straight UP.  UP.  Over head.  I said to self,  LOOK.  STRAIGHT UP INTO IT.   Leave your thoughts.  Just SEE it.  It will be what it will be.  Your thoughts have NO meaning here.  Just LOOK.  See this.  Witness this.  THIS.  no thoughts.

i tweaked the last ones,  just to maybe see More.  More than what IS…isn't that funny?  That we might think we can do that?

and for the first time,  i felt ONE with the Goats.  Not as an entity who could DO something,  but as an entity that was Under This Sky,  for better or for worse.  Just here.  Just watching.  Just feeling the Lightning.  Direct Strikes.  Shaking the earth.  This earth.   More is coming.  We wait.

    yes. it will be what it will be. i’ve always loved storms.
    i do worry and not want harm done but there is not much that you can do with a storm.
    it’s free. it will run it’s course.
    let go with the winds… power unbound… fierce
    i think that these are the aspects that draw me to storms.
    all we can do is prepare as best we can to be safe…
    then turn it over to what is to be and wait.

    there is nothing to worry with these storms. I wish i knew more
    about atmospheric activity so i could speak intelligently about them. But ….not. so i take their pictures.
    They are Storms. Rain and Electricity. The thing about them is that this is October. They are UNUSUAL in their presence now. This is NOT usual. At All. so it’s that they are unexpected and “out of the ordinary”. Just that. and that’s why i need to look UP and INTO them. Saying, really, Just GO, storm. Just GO…as you know.

    Again, i wish so much i was more educated about water. Sky Water.
    What’s happening?, i wonder, with all this Water in October here in the US Desert land? WHAT exactly IS it? but then…if i were more Educated, i still would be stand here…..under this sky
    and Wondering.
    so…enough. Yes. and powerfull. Powerfull to defeat fire.

    When the sky is electric with coming storms, you can smell it in the air, much like the freshness after a rain. Sometimes I just sit out back and watch as it comes on, waiting until those first drips of rain. Yesterday the pull to get out for a drive was strong so off we went, heading north, not far, a little over an hour each way up to approx 6300 ft elevation. New territory for us, Torrance County, what I would call north plateau area because you could see well over 50 miles in all directions. The sky here in New Mexico is unlike any other; the majesty so evident as the dance of clouds building up and moving across the vast expanse left us with awe…our timing was great as rain only was light and sporadic while we were on the road.

    Change is brewing! We have fog??? The quiet vibration of knowing. As you stood in the clouds being one with the power. Just knowing. Awesome.
    On the last post where do those beautiful soft baskets come from. I have always loved them. And the dye pot revealed beautiful secrets. :-). Dw

    whew–the sky can rage. What force these storms have, and how beautiful the manifestation. You’re shots are grand…I was watching a real stunner coming in one time while up in Massachusetts and so hypnotized I only realized I’d better MOVE when lightning appeared within it, accompanied by such a loud boom the gazebo shivered!
    Here’s your local with lots of detail you can investigate. Keep it to use only when you want it cause it’s active as long as it’s up. Put the link away after you’re done otherwise all your stuff will be slow–

    it was the WHOLE sky, SouthWest West North but in the East,
    sky blue
    Just AMAZING CLOUDS that were MOVING. Over under and through
    each other…

    who knows, but i don’t think so. I think it’s
    more likely that there will be constant changings
    and so, just less predictable
    on the 15th of this month, the Cranes come back…i heard
    them in my dreams 2 nights ago. This “timing” has been
    predictable for years. We’ll see this year. And if i could
    somehow invite them in Here, which i can’t, they would
    feast on those grubs.

    I tend to over think at times, well maybe even all of the time, but nature (everything apart from us humans and what we do) is, just is and we’re in it, part of it, and at the same time we place ourselves aside, as if we’re not nature itself, confusing? look into my head, ha

    confusing?, no….you are exactly right, i think. We are IT too.
    One of the many forms, but OF it. not aside…
    yes. and that is what im really working on now, sometimes
    it happens, that merge, id like it if it were more often and
    of course, just how it is. takes letting go of learned boundries
    i think, that are not real.
