the water guy is going to fix the leak at the road meter.  This involves a backhoe and so, he needs what he refers to as a    Phone Spot;    this being through the phone company….to be sure he doesn't cut the phone line.  So he's off to arrange all that and get the back hoe.  Ok.  he says it's going to be easy…
