again.  remaining in 90's,  high 90's.  The tomato plants wait.  I remember being told that they will wait if they sense that they cannot support fruit.   Will just drop their blossoms.  Wait.  so we are

Waiting.

"They" say tomatoes will not set fruit over 85 degrees.  it's been pretty much in the 90's.   so…  ok and i think.  Tomatoes are pretty much a necessity.  What to do?   am thinking for next year.

i repotted the little Fig a while ago and it has remained pretty Still till the last few days.  It's roots must have touched the new pot edges.  This new and elegant leaf and another forming.

"They" say it's going to be a rough winter.  In this pot,  i can bring Fig IN.  It's cold enough in here to let it hibernate.  Maybe winter well.  We'll find out.

Maybe it can go like this.   The Mantis is on muslin.

but first…kantha.   Got a little further than this,  but then now a Storm and not enough light for an updated pic and will kantha IN the muslin of the Mantis.  Have no idea if this will "work",  won't know unless i try.

Would much rather you work on the mantis cloth…..loving the possibilities! It truly looks GREAT!! So happy you are finding time for the fun stuff…dusting is not one of them.

it would be magnificant to have time for Both. I really love dusting too.
Everything vibrates at such a higher level dusted, but given the choice,
i choose cloth. Someday i might be able to have both.

Perhaps plant tomatoes in movable pots next year so they can get shade when they need it, or where the sun disappears by noon.
Mr. Mantis has found the right home….I love him.

Your mantis is beautiful, spider webs catch flies a good compromise to dusting I think.

If you dust, you may displace the spiders.
    Enjoying your evolving mantis.
