kind of an excess but needs to be here.  May  2016.  the NW corner of the House Yard,  butting up against the Doe Middle Yard and along the Migrational Corridor.

May is the Beauty FULL month.  Green.  Before the Heat when all Plant People turn to making seed.

Lying on my stomach at Ground level….how Lizard might See

the Mexican Elderberry that looked DEAD after the 17 degrees below zero a few years ago.  Not.   The top, yes,  but from the root,  it begins again.   Those dead top branches…the birds still make use of them,  so they stay,  as is

it's Blooms,  so fragrant and so much for the Tanangers short stay

all the above.   All i have done is give water.  And give water,  really,  sparingly and not to all,  but for their own reasons,  they choose to thrive.  There is an incredible growth of Lambs Quarters which is more nutritious    than any spinach or kale i might plant.   I pulled almost all the kochia and flung to Goats.   I am Fascinated by this 16X24 space of Earth……what is it Doing?  What does it SAY?

the Cloth is quietly talking.  It's unclear.  I am waiting.

it’s great that food just grows. dandelion and sorrel is like that here. lambs quarters still fills mom’s garden. and here this year with a bit of pruning back the wild raspberries have taken over at the edge, enough for birds AND us.

scent mellows with the night..especially in warmer climates..it takes on a very soothing air. I sat in the garden yesterday eyes closed..listening..my mind filled with the scent of warm earth and blooming lilacs. your little oasis is so beautiful

Oasis is how I see it. All that green.
I think the piece under the batik needs to be smaller, so the piece UNDER it can be seen more? or maybe divided? the top of that piece is very vocal.
