this was a First.  There were fold lines in the muslin that distracted from the marks on the cloth.  So i washed it and ………..eeeeeeeeeee………..ironed ………….it.  Flat.  So the fold lines were gone,  but it was flat.

so i got it all wet,  thoroughly soaked again and it has it's natural clothness back without the fold lines.  Then…this small figure, seated in meditation.  Not sure about this.  Will let things rest.

I am going to take the weekend off from here to stay OUT side,  get some things done that i have been procrastinating about.  Focus.  Focus on season ending…that gap before cold.

So in the meantine…go to Saskia's blog    saskiavanherwaarden.com   Tales from the Birdhut    I LOVE her current post,  some of all she is/makes is there  and she gave me that lennon song,  i love the tempo of it,  the just going of it and it will be playing in my mind/heart as i work.

see you Monday unless the bloom blooms.

I’ve been combing through images of “Cactus flowers” but haven’t found any plants that look like your. But cactus flowers in general are spectacular! I have two christmas cacti that need love much love, they look tired. You’ve inspired me to do better by them. Neglect used to be the way, but no more.

I had to go back to see the stories . . . it’s taken forever! And what do I finish up with? BeautyFull buds . . . I shall have to return more often because I’m losing touch with the big cloth.

Bottom right reminds me of the canyon you have gone to in the past, to see the birds.
