it has changed, over the years. my guess is that it will change again.
it changes like drawing lines.
My dad used to have me practice the Palmer Method when i was learning
“longhand”. 2nd grade?, 3rd?
there used to be a category on the Report Card….penmanship. I love
the beauty of handwriting, it is one of the Magic Things, a single
line that speaks.

I find it frustrating that handwriting isn’t always taught anymore. I’ve written many letters this year. Feels good.

i am ambivilent…printing is really ok….
but i wish it would stay an option being taught…but i
think it won’t. Maybe that will make it appealing tho
in the next generation…?
