every evening i move this basket of cloth off the couch bed over to the table bench.  i move the stack of books.  Make my bed.  In the morning the basket is across from me.  It's cover of the worn pillow  cover,  from when Tazmeena would camp out on any basket.  There's some cloth on there that i was looking at.   So everymorning it is my companion,  this arrangement of cloth.  We sit.  Enjoy each other.  Very much.

so…here….?  The word that comes is

the Subliminals.   Subliminal being commonly defined as:  of a stimulus or mental process below the threshold of sensation or consciousness,  perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it

what if the Subliminals are in fact,  occurences   of the Earth,  the doings  of the myriad Things,  the Thousand Things,   nudging us.  Talking TO us?  Requesting.    What if they are ABOVE that Threshold?  Asking  More?

in the bottom left corner you might get a sense of the green.  Its such a gentle subtle green grey.  I love it so much.

    It is nourishing and inspiring to take in where your Going is leading in this summer Time. I really love to know of your routine with the cloth basket. And your time(s) of being OF the cloth. I love the way your writing has kind of … crystallized and set a very strong taproot. I am blown away by t consistent voice of these posts since coming to a place no longer new but simple where you Are. It has inspired me greatly and has come to serve, I think, maybe. Not sure. could be presumptuous but it’s starting to FEEL like the way you were ignited and catapulted into your truest self through exposure to Jude’s teachings and all you See in her work. Yes. Well. for me it IS like that. You have illuminated something absolutely critical about what happens next. Am forever grateful and of course all the other kinds of Love as always.

    To personify everything as alive and present. You do. Yet we are also left with the freedom to imagine and name what we see as your cloth develops. It’s enjoyable, in the way you and you r cloth basket enjoy each other at the start of each day. The reference to Tazmeena for example sent me imagining the impression of her body there. I do, of course see that big eye and since it was mentioned in a comment, I also might see the little face at it’s center. I like that shade of green too.

    If one was to lean away from the screen-not closer–there are many eyes in this cloth and many faces. Many stories to be told. Many voices to be heard.
    Grace I feel the same about Jude. I listen to her voice and watch her hands on the cloth. And it takes me away from any stress I have to a good, peaceful place. My cloth may never hold story but it can be beautiful in its own way. As cloth.

    Thank you both for this exchange that speaks to the heart. Sense of place is so important to me. I used to think I would only ever feel this because of This place where I am now. I have come to feel that this sense is something we carry within us and it is portable to where we Are.
