Faith's WonderFull MAP of How to Go    went all the way to #17…and that's where i was headed in my mind,  #17,   but in front of me was a pretty BIG square.    Pause.    Look.   Think.    It's 12 pieces of cloth,   12"  X  12" of a square.    and that was because something stuck in my mind from the YouTubes that had   2 1/2 "   as the guide….??????   Anyway.    17 would be way too big with this 2  1/2  thing…. but i love having 17 There….in case.   Safety in the way ahead.     Map.  and i want to let go of the 2 1/2 so there might very easily be 17

i heard Deb's words….Don't match….i took pieces from one of those HUGE bags .     The URGE to match,  to PAIR UP was hard to overcome,  but i did the best i could.   I think it will become easier…?   And as I  See the sense of Freedom of the result of that…how they all somehow still go together and that 's what i want to learn here,  to understand….it's what i've always seen in Deb's  Good Enough….the reason i loved / love it so much.   The SWIRL of  All things.  

82 degrees.  low tonight 55.     

the shift and may it stay.   the shift in available Light….it's dark now…so early,  i change back to giving water early in the day.  And  the light allows me to see such small things….squatting….such small things and the Lizards have come out from where ever they have been hunkered down….today there were Many.

    how you might pull one piece of cloth from a bag, tear off a strip of cloth, and stitch it down … and then continue, one piece after another in whatever order they present themselves

    That is incredibly beautiful! I can’t wait to see the possible 17!
    Your lizards seem friendly- almost inquisitive. Mine startle at
    the sight or movement of me, and freak me out by their quick
    movements/running!
    (My new SIL has Covid. They have been most
    diligent and careful, and they are the only people
    we have spent any length of time with for the past 2 1/2 years.
    So careful. He was so careful! I hope he will be OK soon.
    I get my NEW Covid shot tomorrow. Because, I am
    a scaredy-cat and at-risk.)

    You did it!! I sit and look at these individual pieces of cloth, together…and I wonder what else will come out of those 13 bags? What if This is what you did, for many, many days and weeks moving forward? What if, when she is there, you stitch the pieces Emirie pulls from the bag, a collaboration of sorts? What if?
    This is all kinds of wonderful.

    scaredy cat…Wise cat. We get our new boosters soon.
    It’s a whole new thing…Emrie in school…EEEEEEEeeeeeee
    but
    i need her. Need to continue how we are together. It’s risk. She gets her second vaccination. I get my booster.
    Alyssia will test her before she hangs out here…so if it’s negative, at least any viral load will be low. Probably not enough.
    For everyone else…no big deal. For her….Big Deal.
    i spend a lot of time being still. Squatting. so they
    have an opportunity to observe me. Movement elicits movement.
