The power of independent play can’t be underestimated and is often lost these days of planned activities and screen time.
The hill is splendid.

I keep coming back to the children playing in the tree — touching the tree’s skin with their own, sensing the strength of its limb, embraced by the fragrance of the land and the songs of its beings. As it should be. As it must be.
