a moment…..break……… through the thick overcast just a moment but is enough to hold, i think , at 9:36 a.m.
and then……….somehow, the WHOLE DAY was SUN
the weather app is almost 100% always correct…..but today the forecast was RAIN just RAIN but it didn't happen!, instead the SUN remained and was this same GLOW all day. Such a Gift and i thought….what "should" i do with such a Glorious Day ????? and i thought….how strange a question…..what should I DO? What about just being so GLAD?

I had wanted to, considered, thought to do the meditaion challenge…but time slipped away and I have much real life to focus on and I missed the sign up. Mixed feelings about that. xo

We got rain Thursday, mostly late afternoon and all night. It was a driving day for me, from Quartzsite through Parker and up to Lake Havasu to pick up mail I had sent there to the UPS store. Stopped at Hobby Lobby and Home Depot for supplies to be ready for the Van Aid event next week down near Yuma. Then back to Parker to pick up meds at the Walmart. I wanted to go back to Quartzsite through the small town of Bouse, where the most awesome Veggie man comes on Thursdays and Fridays. But the rain started and so I opted to wait for Friday. As I settled into bed to read, I realized I misplaced my phone. It was raining so hard I did not want to go out and have my neighbor try to call me.. so I tore the van apart looking for it.. and resigned myself to the fact I had no phone until morning. My phone is my night time security blanket.. i wake up often during the night, I like to know what time it is… I use it as a flashlight to get up to pee.. I play word-games and read blogs to go back to sleep… I was almost in a panic! Then at nine thirty an alarm
set to remind myself to take my evening pills at nine thirty went off and I found the phone under the front seat… relief!! I slept right through the night… ha. Woke early to a pretty sunrise and used my phone to take a picture.
