the time of Many Feelings.

When all that was    is done.   When all that will be     is unknown.

As it goes,   YouTube gave me something.   i was not looking.  I could not have possibly looked because i had no idea.

The Tuareg People.    A Berber ethnic group traditionally nomadic pastoralists who principally inhabit  a vast area of the Sahara.  The Azalai is a semi annual salt caravan route practiced by Tuareg traders between Timbuktu and Taodenni salt mine in Mali.  Their observannce of the night skies indicate the time for milking goats.  Venus         Talernt  the she camel wakes up  Ursa Major .    Awara,  the baby camel goes to sleep    Ursa Minor.     Dailly things.   But then….those  semi annual caravans….      There is so much to learn.

Here,    we are on the brink of a whole new chapter on the Hill         and simultaneously     the Tuareg People       live       as only they know how.    So completely different    and under the same night sky.     same stars.    Simultaneously.    What to think about all this?

Nancy Pooh from Timbuktu (as my mama called me) – maybe it’s simple as that…that and looking at the world upside down, oh how I loved doing that!

    This post.. my mind reels..
I am back to civilization.. binge watching Blue Bloods on a form of “TV”.. not the TV I grew up on..
I love the show for the ethical questions they discuss over dinner, the outspokenness of the characters….
Never in my simple life as a child was I exposed.. to such family dynamics.. to such information at my fingertips.. i fought cell phones I still fight computers… but oh my I love learning!!!!
And this Vast World… so many of it’s humans living technologically more advanced than I can ever catch up to with understanding… and so so many peoples of the world still living a beautifully so called primitive life.
The other thing I marvel at as the tv show starts, it pans aerial views of New York City… oh my!! My mind cannot comprehend all that concrete built skyward.. how many people crammed into a small world… and thoughts of myself just trying to imagine the lives of each individual extending all over this earth,, inter -connected under the stars.
I come here to get glimpses into the lives and learnings and teachings of all whom you bring to the table.
    Super hugs and Love!

    Dear Grace
You have done it again. Your photo is a work of art, worthy to hang on any art gallery wall to be contemplated. And has been ,from reading the comments.
Catching our moments of joy and contentment. Minnow with her stick The movements of the tree hung swingcapturing the sky, the universe . The parched grass replicating the desert landscape of the Tuareg peoples.
    Thank you Grace
