i signed up a while back and here it is,  Day 1 of the 28 days of February.  and i Begin Again.   i don't know how much will be the same as before?,   no matter….   it's always about Beginning Again.   and her voice.  there     every morning.    all while things shift and slide….the word    insidious   kept rising today…    he is a puppet,   for who,   i don't know.  

but i do know….about Meditation.    I know how much it has already held me as i have lived.     and how much further i can go…if i'm willing.   I am.   I am willing.
