I am going to take a break from commenting on blogs, I need the break. BUT before I leave, while I may not be able to take it to the streets, my New Mexican Congressional reps are doing the job: It reminds me of the old slogan that we used when Obama ran for President: Si Se Puede, Yes We Can and if we can’t, we will keep trying!

Very fine women, yes, I am feeling that. And reading this comment after finding your post in response to my comment, my heart is full. These moments of connection are astonishing…and not. Perhaps in their timing. It’s wonderful actually, to think of me sitting on my sofa, needing to find others, but not wanting to tread the usual paths to find you, and finding you in the old ways, woman to woman.
I am feeling that we can leave this webby world to the shiny, shouting folk. We need to keep tending our fires in our cobwebby cottages off the beaten tracks. Hmmm…I feel a blog post coming on. : )
