as i type this, they are flying. Alyssia, Jenny and Emrie….to Michigan. to meet with their father/grandfather's wife, travel to Cheboygan where they will take a ferry to Lake Michigan's Beaver Island, to the summer house there, settle matters for it's sale.
we wait here. Julian opted out. Uncle Jeff and aunt Jazmine next door in the little yellow house. we'll hold down the fort(s). 10 days. figure it out on our own. I wish they didn't go.
Grace, I can only try to imagine this time for you. I went to look at Cheboygan & Beaver Island…words and images, to see where your people will be. To think of them there and imagine the best for all. I hope you get some pics sent to you as you hold down the forts. xoxo

Soar with two great women my dearly loved salsa queen, Celia Cruz and African queen, Angelique Kidjo. you brought Angelique into my life and that is why, even though it cannot be accessed due to copyright, I sent you the link when Angelique was on PBS and you put on your sidebar. the father/grandfather requested it from them when they
were there some months ago when he was dying.
that they go to help his wife with clearing the personal belongings and take with them specific things he wanted them to have. she said yes.
