    having no direction.

Am going to let it go      until this rain season passes.   until available light is available.   till there are seeds to plant.   These things are         sure.       I can ground my heart in them,  ask them to keep me in a land of hope.   Then find a way to create what hope might look like.

I need drawing or cloth.   or both      But i've come to accept that i need  something with my hands.   can be simple, like  this tadpole.

have gotten lost.  Need to find my way to some where.

my P.O. Box.     I don't usually even open these.  Am automatically enrolled in Medi-Cal because of my age,  but have never used it,  knock on wood,  have never had the need.       And here,   amidst all that is being destroyed and taken away day by day, is this.

people have opinions about California,  about the  Govenor,   Gavin Newsome.  But look at this,  the state's Health and Human Services…..Human Services………..3……new…..and UseFULL things.  The third being Dyadic Services,  integrated physical and behavioral health screenings  and services for children under 21.

    i love this.  that things
    Can Happen

even when times are difficult.   Necessary things, useful things        CAN     continue to happen.   Doulas even.  Imagine that!

    Portland Japanese Garden  2011

Lace Lady recently wrote that   "in honor of Earth Day 2025 ,  Curator  Emerita  Diane Durston will be presenting a lecture that revisits a Japanese concept centered on the message of environmental awareness.   As part of a yearlong series of programs on the theme of  "Living in Harmony with Nature" in 2011,  Portland Japanese  Garden hosted a groundbreaking exhibition of bast fiber and recycled folk textiles in an exhibition entitled Mottainai:  The Fabric of Life.  The exhibition showcased some of the remarkable ways in which the Japanese used foraged and recycled materials to cloth themselves in less affluent times…"

i have looked for more but have been limited in my search time battery wise.   If anyone is able to find more,  and leave Us a link?  Maybe even we might find a way to obtain additional copies of the book?
