    it would have been after. i am going down this morning to see
    what she is doing. Maybe one of these days i will get another
    real camera. I just spent forever trying to tweak the phone
    pic so i can show you, more closely, her “gifts”, her
    mysterious gifts. OR, i will draw them. Maybe that’s one of her
    gifts…encouraging the close time it takes to draw her….

    Found this tidbit at Wiki…”it flowers from April through early November. Its fruits are achenes which were historically used as food by Native Americans, including the Pomo and Miwok, who baked them or ground them into flour.” Looking forward to the drawing.
